Reservation Policies:

Reservations are like purchasing tickets to a sporting or concert event. Reservation dates may be changed 48 hours prior to original reservation. Weekend reservations deposit must be paid for at time of reservation and must be made 24 hours in advance of event to receive discount. Discount is taken off of regular rates. Not valid in combination with other offers. Private parties must provide a deposit to guarantee booking.  Private Party reservations do not reserve the entire field or a particular field, however parties of 8 or more may have some exclusive games on any of the 4 fields on a rotation basis.  

Reservations are to insure the availability of equipment for your group at your requested time,  Parties who miss their event or have significantly less than the reserved number show up may forfeit their deposit, if only a couple of players do not arrive, we may at our discretion credit you for deposits on any non-used players in either paintballs, concessions, or a credit for future visits.  All decisions are based on if the no shows caused us to lose the opportunity to rent the reserved equipment.

We play rain or shine. Party cancellations due to lightning or weather conditions are at the sole discretion of WinkeyDoodles Paintball Adventures.  

Group reservations are available during non-scheduled days and hours with a confirmed reservation made at least 72 hours prior to date and time requested, subject to pricing minimums, call for details.

In the event you cancel, 5% of the payment made will not be refunded due to service and processing costs.

ONLY PAINTBALLS PURCHASED AT WINKEYDOODLES MAY BE USED.

All Participants must have a valid, electronic waiver on file prior to play.  

Group will be provided a referee to keep the private games flowing for up to 3 hours from the reserved time.  Actual number of games may vary depending on the group and how long it takes to process the group.   

This is a three hour window of playing time and we suggest your group arrives 15 minutes early for registration and safety of play briefing.

There are no refunds on deposits or payments within 48 hours of your event, but we can credit it towards your re-booked date within 60 days, less a $50 change fee.

Coupons from other sites cannot be partially used or refunded.  You will be taken to Paypal to pay for your purchase using either a credit card or your paypal account. In the event that fewer than you booked show up, you may receive a credit for any non-used players in either paintballs, concessions, or a credit for future visits.  If the entire group is a no-show, there will be no refunds or credits given.  Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. In the event of cancellation, 5% of the payment made will not be refunded due to service and credit card processing costs.
